  • You're welcome to book James Station on whichever platform you're most comfortable! When you reserve your stay direct on our website, you cut out the service fees, saving you money!

  • When you book direct through our website, we allow free cancellation for 48 hours, as long as it's cancelled at least 30 days before check in. After that, you may cancel up to 14 days before check in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate as well as the entire cleaning fee. All cancellations must be in writing.

  • After completing the online reservation process, we’ll review your reservation to make sure all the information is complete and that it meets our minimum night stay and other requirements. You’ll receive confirmation of your reservation within two business days.

    At the time you make your reservation, 100% of the accommodations fee will be charged to your credit card. The cleaning fee and all other fees will NOT be charged until one day prior to check in. You’ll receive all the check in details through email 5 days prior to your stay.

  • We run the calendar out 12 months!

  • The home is located along a well-traveled street which allows for easy access to anywhere downtown. You can expect to see a rich diversity of people from all economic levels. The sounds of the street might be noisy at times (a lively game of basketball at the park, a loud fire truck, etc.)

    We provide sound machines and ear plugs in each bedroom, but if these things would impact your stay and cause you to give less than a 5 star review, this home may not be the best fit.

  • We prefer to keep our overnight guest reservations on Airbnb and other gatherings/events through Peerspace. If you do book and event through Airbnb, we'll need to add the additional fees for our hourly rates as well as a signed agreement.

  • It is typical for location rentals (also known as hourly rentals) to have a higher hourly rate than a nightly stay. Using the home for commercial vs residential purposes (ie. a venue) changes the nature of the rental and the liability that comes with it.
