Each All Belong Co property is available for short term and extended stays through online travel agencies such as Airbnb & VRBO which function as third party platforms. However, you can save the service fees by booking directly through our website, offering you the same quality stay at a lower price.

Our requirements are fairly similar to those of booking hotels or on Airbnb/VRBO. We do require you must be 25 years or older, submit an ID for identity verification, and virtually sign a short rental agreement.

You may notice a hold on your credit card just before your stay for incidentals. This is not a charge.

Depending on various factors like lead time, cancellation policy, and reservation costs, you may have the option to set up multiple payments for your reservation. If you’d prefer, you’ll also have the opportunity to pay in full.

Besides the accommodation fees, reservation fees include, but are not limited to, state and local lodging taxes, cleaning fees, management fees, and pet fees where applicable.

Our properties follow different cancellation policies, so it’s important to look at the specific property page. If you need to cancel, we will follow the policy listed, so we encourage guests to purchase travel insurance for your trip.
