When setting up a short-term rental, design & set up will always be a large initial investment — You’re essentially starting a small business!
To do well, it’s vital to provide a stylish home with quality, durable furnishings for guests that also won’t completely break the bank for you. Good design CAN be affordable, and our proven track record shows the better your end “product,” the greater return you can expect.
As short-term rental experts, we know when to splurge and where to save when it comes to setting up your property. We have exclusive discounts to quality retailers and know where to source furnishings within a reasonable budget.
Set Up Services Include
Identity Development
We’ll work together to create a theme, feel, & personality of your property. Then we’ll implement those qualities into the design of your space to make it stand out.
Staging/Implementation
Sometimes we can use existing furniture & purchase + install the rest. Once the home is furnished, we’ll schedule your professional pictures with a real estate photographer!
Guest-Ready/ Launch-Ready
All the on-site finishing details will have your space ready to host your first guests, and then we’ll begin the online onboarding process.

How it works
1.
If you’ll be using our design & set up services, you’ll sign a staging & hosting contract and put down an initial payment.
2.
Our team will assess current furnishings & work to furnish your home, collecting another payment halfway through.
3.
Once the property’s ready for pictures, we’ll settle up with a final payment, invoice for & create your Welcome Package, and schedule your professional photoshoot.

Some of our clients are gifted in design and choose to stage their property using the suggestions and guidelines we provide in the consultation. We do allow owners to stage their properties, however, we reserve the right to not allow the home into the Collective if it doesn’t meet our brand standards.

It depends! We’ve done it before, so we’re willing to consider it. Added costs of travel would be added to your expense, but let’s talk through the specifics and see if it’s a fit.

Unfortunately, no. Our design services are reserved only for properties coming into the All Belong Collective for at least one year. Much of our design and set up is centered around our proven processes and transitions naturally into hosting. If you’re interested in hosting your own property under our Collective, we have a co-hosting package available for you!

We often get requests for residential or commercial design outside the world of short term rentals. However, we’ve got to “stay in our lane” and will only consider Airbnb design & staging projects for our clients.

After your property is staged & ready, it’s time to purchase your Welcome Package, which includes the creation of your online listings, complete with professional photographs and a customized Guest Manual that will delight your guests & orient them to your space and their surroundings.
