Each All Belong Co property is available for short term and extended stays through online travel agencies such as Airbnb & VRBO which function as third party platforms. However, you can save the service fees by booking directly through our website, offering you the same quality stay at a lower price.

You must be at least 25 years of age (and be willing to provide proof at the time of reservation), and you will be responsible for all other persons staying in the property during the reservation. You will need to provide a valid credit card for any incidentals. (see more information below)

When you book direct through our website, we allow free cancellation for 48 hours, as long as it's cancelled at least 30 days before check in. After that, you may cancel up to 14 days before check in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate as well as the entire cleaning fee. All cancellations must be in writing.

Besides the accommodation fees, reservation fees include, but are not limited to, lodging taxes, cleaning fees, management fees, and pet fees where applicable.

After completing the online reservation process, we’ll review your reservation to make sure all the information is complete and that it meets our minimum night stay and other requirements. You’ll receive confirmation of your reservation within two business days.

Yes, it's possible! Events such as bridal showers, special dinners, birthday parties, etc. are considered on a case by case basis. Pricing is different than our overnight rates for guests. Contact us below if you have an event you'd like to host!

If you're a bride already booked with Southern Granary, you may reserve a 3-night minimum instead of 4. While our other reservations do not allow outside visitors on site, you will have permission to bring vendors and additional guests into the home.
